Frederick Douglass House Reopening

The Frederick Douglass National Historic Site in ÀÏ°ÄÃÅ¿ª½±Íø, D.C. reopened at on Independence Day for the first time since it was forced to close during the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. The house reopened with a ceremony, including a dramatic portrayal of Douglass’ speech “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?”
